I’ve had a few questions seeking clarification on this point- so hopefully, this will help.
Each visit is expected to have one teacher participate- not three (or one from each principal.) During the course of the year, each principal will bring one teacher, one time. If a team ends up with more than one teacher participating at a given time, that’s just fine- but it is not required.
